1. hello
   I am ali mehdihani from iran I want to growing hydroponic strawberry with led grow light only for this how many watts per m2 I need led grow and how many mol/day strawberry need? my system is one cylinder diametr 45cm tall 2.5m at this system 282 plants.for this system how led grow light I need?

2. We design and manufacture products like our Grow Sun grow light but we are not farmers. I can say that tomato & pepper plants grew fine under single lights that were mounted 4′ (1.3 meters) above in a 24″ X 20″ (.6 meters X .5 meters) and the walls were painted white to reflect the light down onto the plants.

   Based on our testing with other plants I believe these will work for you but I don’t know the light density you will need or the mol/day your strawberry plants need. I believe that one light per cylinder will work, but you would need to test the results yourself. You would have much higher light concentration than we had when we ran our tests because at 45 cm, the light would be mounted 1/3 the distance from your strawberry plants.

   Also, be careful with lights coming from China that claim to provide a lot of light and great results from low wattage – they are lying.
